Celtic Club committee member Clare Murphy was in Dublin late last year, and was lucky enough to visit the Crosscare Migrant Project team office in Dublin last month and hear first-hand about their important work supporting migrants arriving or returning to Ireland. Crosscare’s latest report, Coming Home In Crisis, analyses issues common to returning Irish migrants which Celtic Club committee of management and members discussed in depth at last year’s Global Irish conference in Canberra and Melbourne. It’s great to see discussions around the country on how we can support returning migrants before they leave Australia, and you can learn more in the report online. Thanks to the Crosscare Migrant Project team for their kind hospitality of Irish community members from as far away as Melbourne!
